The ballot closes at 9am on Tuesday 7th July, 2015. Winners will be drawn at random and will hear from BT by email by Monday 13th July, 2015. Terms & Conditions apply.
The 'BT Tower ballot' (the "Ballot") is open to all residents over 18 years only.
To enter the Ballot participants must complete a Ballot form.
There are two Ballots. Ballot one will open on Monday 22nd June at 09:00am and close on Monday 29th June at 09:00am. Ballot two will open on Tuesday 30th June at 09:00am and close on Tuesday 7th July at 09:00am.
There will be a minimum of 150 winners in each Ballot. Each winner will be allocated up to four tickets to access the 34th floor of the BT Tower in order to attend a single lunch or evening dinner from Saturday 25th July to Friday 31st July (excluding Monday 27th and Monday 3rd August).
The lunch menu will cost £49.95 per person (excluding drinks) payable prior to departure. The evening dinner menu will cost £67.95 per person (excluding drinks) payable prior to departure.
The cost of lunch/dinner, drinks and additional items will be charged on consumption and charges will be payable prior to departure.
Although the restaurant still revolves, there is no guarantee this will be available on the dining dates as it is dependent on weather conditions.
Travel costs are not included.
The menus for lunch and dinner will be set in advance. While we will try to accommodate individuals' dietary requirements we cannot guarantee to accommodate everyone. Alternative menus will not be available.
The dress code for both lunch and dinner is smart casual.
The prize is non-transferable to another person or another date.
The prize is for one sitting only, either a lunch or dinner date, allocated by BT Tower events team.
The winner will be drawn at random by an electronic Ballot and notified by e-mail within one week of the relevant Ballot closing.
The winner will be required to confirm their attendance and register the names of their accompanying guests within 1 week of receiving notification.
Entry to BT Tower is conditional on the winner and each of their guests providing official photo ID (e.g. Passport, Driver's licence) and complying with an airport style security check.
We reserve need the right to refuse entry if we think the winner and/or their guests pose a risk to our staff or other guests, or for any other reasonable reason.
All prizes are subject to availability.
No cash alternative is available for any prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
The Prize winner may be invited to participate in publicity events.
By entering the Ballot participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this Ballot.
The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winners if they cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter's sole discretion) and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winners in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.
Submitting an entry to the Ballot is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the Ballot without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant (including any guest) resulting from entering the Ballot and/or by the acceptance and/or participation in of any the prizes. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
The Ballot is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
