Line rental options
There are two ways to pay your BT landline rental. During your order, you can choose either:
- £12.79 every month (with Direct Debit)
- £9.49 a month equivalent, when you pay 12 months in one advance card payment of £113.88 (Line Rental Saver)
- Save £39.60 per year. Cheaper than Sky, Virgin & TalkTalk
- Get the convenience of paying by Direct Debit
- Save paper with paper-free billing
NB. You need to make at least two calls a month to avoid a £1.50 monthly charge. Payment is non-refundable.
If you already pay monthly BT line rental it will show in your order and you can switch to Line Rental Saver if you choose.

We know that your life can change, that's why our TV, Broadband and Calls packages are flexible enough to fit around you and give you the same great deal for two years.
- Worried about price increases? If you sign up today we guarantee you'll pay the same price for your Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports 2 or Total Sports Subscription, to the end of the minimum term of your 24 month package or BT Vision contract.1
- Want to change your mind? You can upgrade your package at any time to increase your level of services and you'll stay on your current contract, with no penalties.
- Moving home? Take your current BT services with you and you'll remain on the original contract term and won't be charged any extra.
- Moving to a property without a phone line? If your contract includes BT Vision and you move to a property without a phone line, you won't pay any connection charges to install a new line2
- Moving home but can't get Freeview or BT Vision? We'll transfer you to an equivalent Broadband and Calls only package and you'll stay on your current contract term.
1. Exclusions are for price changes that are out of our control such as VAT rate increases.
