Pricing. All prices quoted include VAT. Line rental is £11.54 a month with Direct Debit and paper-free billing. Otherwise add £2.75 a month (£1.50 payment processing fee levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a BT Group company, plus £1.25 without paper-free billing discount). Unlimited Weekend Plan. Only £11.54 a month line rental with Direct Debit and paper-free billing, for new and existing residential customers. No minimum term, unless you order a new phone line or switch your phone line to BT from another provider, where a 12 month minimum term applies to line rental.

Unlimited Anytime Plan – 3 months free. Available to new Unlimited Anytime Plan residential customers signing up for 12 months, until 28th February 2010. Usual cost of Plan (£4.99 a month) payable from month 4. Discount via bill credit. Line rental payable at £11.54 a month with Direct Debit and paper free billing. Friends & Family Mobile. Cheap call rates provide a 42% discount to Daytime pence-per-minute rates to UK mobiles (excludes roaming mobiles) compared with BT standard rates. A 9.3p call set up fee applies.

BT Basic. As part of our social responsibility agenda, we also have a BT Basic Calling Plan. You can usually get BT Basic if you're claiming Income Support, Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance or Guaranteed Pension Credit. BT Basic is replacing the Light User scheme and In Contact Plus.

No connection offer improved and extended until 31st January 2010. Available to eligible new and existing customers who agree to take the Unlimited Weekend Plan for 18 months, and make at least 10 chargeable or inclusive calls per month.
