Phone line and cheap calls

Things you need to know:

Pricing. All prices quoted include VAT. Line rental is £11.25 a month with Direct Debit and paper-free billing. Otherwise add £2.75 a month (£1.50 payment processing fee levied by BT Payment Services Limited, a BT Group company, plus £1.25 without paper-free billing discount). Discount appears as a bill credit. Set up paper-free billing online at www.bt.com/paperfree.

Unlimited Weekend Plan. Only £11.25 a month line rental with Direct Debit and paper-free billing, for new and existing residential customers. No minimum term, unless you order a new phone line or switch your phone line to BT from another provider, where a 12 month minimum term applies to line rental.

Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan. Only £11.25 a month line rental with Direct Debit and paper-free billing, for new and existing residential customers signing up to a 12 month renewable contract. This means you have a 12 month minimum renewable period. So, after 12 months, your contract will be automatically renewed for another 12 month minimum renewable period unless you tell us otherwise. We'll write to remind you when your contract is nearing the end of a renewable period. Exclusions and conditions apply. £35 saving based on comparison with cost of the same BT Calling Plan with no minimum term.

Unlimited Anytime Plan. £4.95 a month, plus £11.25 a month line rental with Direct Debit and paper-free billing, for new and existing residential customers on a 12 month minimum term. Excludes customers benefiting from any other Calling Plan offer/contract deal. Other Exclusions and conditions apply. Standard rates apply to calls to mobiles.

Friends & Family Mobile. Cheap call rates provide a 40% discount to Daytime pence-per-minute rates to UK mobiles (excludes roaming mobiles) compared with BT standard rates. A 9.05p call set up fee applies.

* Unlimited UK landline calls are for up to an hour to numbers beginning 01, 02 & 03, after which pence-per-minute rates apply. You can hang up and redial before the end to avoid charges. There are exceptions like calls to the Channel Islands. See our terms and conditions for details.
