BT Mobile Pre-Pay rates
Change in VAT rate
We are in the process of updating our Terms & Conditions pages to reflect the new VAT changes as quickly as possible but because of the complexity of doing this across all our products and services, it will take a few days to reflect the new VAT rate. However, if you order now you will only be billed at the correct rate of VAT (15 per cent).
Pre-Pay reward structure: Existing customers only
Remember to register your BT Mobile phone to take advantage of our Pre-Pay rates and cut the cost of your calls by up to 50% every month.

MINIMUM CALL CHARGE
A 15p minimum call charge applies to the above voice calls.

2. Call charges apply at all times and are charged in units of 1 second duration and a minimum call charge of 15p applies, unless otherwise stated. Call charges will start from the time you first use the Service and will be calculated using the details we record or which are recorded on our behalf.

1. Bolt on bundles can be purchased as a one off or recurring bundle and will expire after one calendar month after purchase date and no rollover will apply. If no funds are available any recurring bundle will cease and will need to be set up again. Conditions apply.
