Already signed up to My BT?
Log in to My BT and go to 'My Profile'.
It only takes one click to switch your account to paper-free billing.
New to My BT?
Simply sign up to My BT and we'll switch you to paper-free billing.
You'll need your BT account number and email address.
Why go paper-free?

You can view, download or print your bills whenever suits you. Leave the filing to us.
Copies of your bills are stored online for 15 months, so they're always there when you need them.
Take control
You won't miss anything as we'll email to let you know your new bill is ready to view.
See which numbers have been called and how much each call costs. You can even set up email alerts to monitor spending.

Sign up to My BT using your email address and a secure password to get instant access to your bill online.
Plus you can make secure payments and make changes to your billing and payment preferences online.
