Step 1: Choose your package and order online

Check out our great products and choose the one that's best for you. Then order online: its quick, easy and convenient.

When you're done, we'll send you a confirmation email, and you'll be able to track your order online.

Step 2: We'll contact your current provider

Relax while we do the hard work. We'll deal with your current provider to arrange transferring your services.

However, if you're switching your broadband to BT you may need to contact your current broadband provider to get your Migration Authority Code (MAC).

Step 3: We'll connect you to BT

If you need a new phone line, choose a convenient appointment and a BT engineer will install it for you. We'll also post any equipment you might need (e.g. a BT Home Hub) in time for your new service to go live.

Once everything is ready, your current service will be switched over, and you'll be connected to BT.
