If you already have a phone line with us, you don't need to contact your current provider – we'll do everything for you and switch your calls to us within a couple of days.
Want to switch your phone line and calls to us?
Just order online and you can keep your current number wherever possible. You don't need to contact your current provider, but you'll need to give us your MAC code if you're also switching your broadband to us. We'll try to get you up and running as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 16 working days depending on when we can get an engineer to install your line at a time convenient to you.
Want to switch from cable?
Just tell us your current phone number when you order online and we'll do our best to make sure you can keep it. If this isn't possible, we'll tell you before you finish your order. You may need an engineer to install your line, but you won't need to contact your current provider.
