Our BT Broadband Accelerator service can help ensure you're getting the best speed available on your line. Often slow broadband speeds can be due to problems with internal telephone extensions or your home computer.
We can help:
We will test your existing speed over the phone, and see if a Broadband Accelerator visit can improve your speed by at least 0.5Mb.
If we can improve your speed we will then book your engineer visit to optimise your home computer, internal wiring and home networks. This usually gives customers a speed increase of 1.0Mb or more.
If we cannot improve your broadband speed by at least 0.5Mb you won't be charged for any part of this service.
