We're changing our email service

I already have BT Yahoo Mail

If you're a BT Broadband customer, you'll automatically have a BT email address that ends in @btinternet.com, @btopenworld.com or @talk21.com.

To log in, click on the email link in the top right of any page on BT.com. You'll need your full email address and your password to log in – if you've forgotten your password, you can use the link below to reset it.

Leaving BT Broadband?

We're sorry to see you go. If you've left BT Broadband and want to keep your BT email address, you can order BT Yahoo Premium Mail for up to 30 days. For a small monthly fee of £1.60 a month, you get to keep all the benefits of your email service. Payable by ebill and Direct Debit only, one month minimum term applies. To create, delete or make changes to a BT Mail address, log in to My BT with your BT ID and password. You'll see all your email addresses listed there.
