What do you mean by "exclusions apply"?
We want to give everyone the best possible speeds at all times, so we only manage speeds on P2P (peer-to-peer) file sharing networks at peak times. All other broadband use isn't affected – and there's no limit to how much you can download.
Does this mean I can't download as much as I want?
Absolutely not. We just manage the speed on P2P networks, and only at peak time, to ensure everyone gets the best service. You can still download as much as you want without any limitations.

What are Unlimited Anytime Calls?
Anytime Calls allow you to call any number starting with 01, 02, 03 (excluding Channel Islands), 0845 or 0870, at any time, for up to an hour (you can hang up and redial to avoid charges).
Anytime Calls are an add-on to the package you choose. So simply continue searching for the package you want and then you'll be able to add Anytime Calls to that package once you start your order.
