Installing BT Infinity
At present, fibre-based broadband such as BT Infinity is installed by an engineer – there's no self-install option. We'll send an engineer round at the earliest available date from when you order. The visit will normally last about three hours, and you'll need to be in while the engineer's there.

BT Sport – Available 1 Aug. Residential broadband customers only. BT broadband customers can watch BT Sport online at home with a minimum line speed of 400kbps.
