Renewing Line Rental Saver

Having paid for your telephone line rental for a year in advance, towards the end of the 12 months, we'll let you know via email and your bill that your monthly line rental discount will be coming to an end.

  • At the end of the year you'll start paying for monthly line rental without the discount, unless you renew your Line Rental Saver.
  • You can reorder up to 27 days before your 12 month term expires, or anytime after.
  • If you choose to pay in advance again and renew your Line Rental Saver after it has expired, any payments you may have already made under the standard line rental payment option will be refunded on your next bill.

And remember...

  • Line Rental Saver is only available with paper-free billing.
  • You must set up a Monthly Direct Debit to cover any call charges.
  • Line Rental Saver payment is non-refundable.
  • The line rental discount is available for all calling plans apart from BT Basic. If this is the case you can choose to change your Calling Plan or continue to pay monthly for your line rental.

The legal stuff

Line rental – You can pay for your line rental either by direct debit for £15.99 a month or £47.97 a quarter (Standard Line Rental) or by paying £141 by credit/debit card for 12 monthly payments in advance (Line Rental Saver) which is equivalent to £11.75 a month. You'll need to pay any additional call charges by Direct Debit. You'll receive e-billing. Connection charges may apply for new connections and there's a 12 month minimum term. You can change your mind about paying early and cancel Line Rental Saver within seven working days of your order and you will get a full refund but you won't get a refund if you cancel after that. Exclusions and conditions apply.
