BT Sport is free with BT broadband and brings you:
There are 3 ways to watch:
1. On the Sky Digital Satellite Platform
If you have a Sky box and an active Sky viewing card (whether or not you have a Sky subscription) you can easily take BT Sport from us. You don't need to be a BT customer – but if you have our broadband, it's free. And it's only available direct from BT.
2. On BT TV
Get live sport in your living room with a BT TV and BT Infinity package. If you can't get BT Infinity, you could get BT Sport with BT Broadband. And if you get a BT Infinity package, you can add HD channels for just £3 a month.
3. On the BT Sport App or on btsport.com
You can watch the action on your PC or Mac, or on your smartphone or tablet using the BT Sport App. You need a BT ID to access the BT Sport App and watch online.
If you're on the Sky Digital Satellite Platform, you can watch BT Sport at home on a second TV if you have BT Sport Second Box. You'll need a second Sky box and viewing card to order. You don't need separate BT Sport HD Pack subscriptions for each box. If you have the BT Sport HD Pack, you'll get the BT Sport channels in HD on both your boxes. You can order here, at www.bt.com/mysport.
Yes, if you have the technology at home to connect your PC, laptop, or device to your TV, then you'll be able to view the app content through your TV.
HD versions of the channels will be available on both the Sky Digital Satellite Platform and on BT TV for BT Infinity customers.
If you've already ordered BT Sport without HD, you can still add it at any time.
If you have an HD subscription with Sky, this doesn't work with BT Sport. You'll need to add HD to your BT Sport package.
To watch in HD, you'll need an HD ready TV connected to your set-top box using an HDMI cable. If you're watching on the Sky Digital Satellite Platform, you'll also need a black Sky box to watch BT Sport in HD.
Remember that the BT Sport App and online access at btsport.com is included when you take the BT Sport Pack on the Sky Digital Satellite Platform or BT TV.
If you don't want to take the BT Sport Pack on TV, then as a BT Broadband customer you can watch BT Sport for free on the BT Sport App and online at btsport.com only. However, before you can do this you need to activate BT Sport on your account via My BT. Once you're logged in, scroll down, click on 'BT Sport' and follow the on-screen instructions.
Then simply download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, or go to btport.com to start viewing. You'll need a BT ID to use the App, which is the same as your My BT log-in.
Can I pay for the BT Sport App if I'm not a BT broadband customer?
No, you must be a BT Sport Pack subscriber or a BT broadband customer to get the BT Sport App or watch online at btsport.com
If you watch BT Sport over your BT broadband or BT Wi-fi, it won't count towards your usage cap.
If your broadband service is with another provider, or you watch BT Sport using a mobile data connection (for example on your smartphone or tablet), that may count towards any monthly data allowance you have.
