  • We'll connect you in 4 to 21 working days and we'll give you a provisional date once we've checked your details during the order.
  • If you're currently with another phone provider you don't need to contact them to switch to us. We'll do it for you so you don't lose connection. If you have already asked them to stop your service you may want to ask them to cancel that order so there is no temporary loss of service while switching to BT
