BT Cloud online storage

Back up, protect and share your files, photos and more

Back up for peace of mind

Do you ever worry about losing the important files saved on your computer, or forget where exactly you've stored those precious photos? BT Cloud is a safe and secure auto backup service which lets you keep a copy of all your important files, folders and photos in a single location. BT Cloud also allows you to recall up to 5 previous versions of a file – so if you make a mistake, you can easily undo it and restore a previous version.

Access your content anywhere

With BT Cloud you can access your files and photos wherever you are and upload on the go – all you need is the BT Cloud app and an internet connection. You can stream content directly to your mobile device – whether it's on Android, Apple iOS or Windows Phone 8 – or mark files as 'Offline' to view them when you have no internet connection. What's more, you can attach up to 50 devices to a single BT Cloud account.

Share your memories with
friends & family

BT Cloud allows you to share your precious memories with friends and family via email, Facebook and Twitter. They could view a slideshow of your holiday snaps, stream your funny home video or download a copy of that important party-planning document – and for total control you can start or stop sharing at any time.

Upload files on the go

You can also upload files to the BT Cloud Sync folder. This is a central location separate to your device backups, where you can upload, edit and download your files – rather than emailing them to yourself or carrying around multiple USB sticks. Any changes you make will immediately be available in BT Cloud Sync, whether you're accessing via the BT Cloud smartphone app, a PC/Mac or the web.

Easy, safe and private

We won't use your personal content in marketing or sell it to third parties, and unlike some other online storage services, we won't profile your personal content to serve you targeted ads. All your data is stored and hosted within the EU and protected by EU privacy laws.

It's easy to set up BT Cloud and there are plenty of FAQs and videos to help you along the way.
