Our Calling Plans come with calls included, helping you save money on the calls you make the most – and all include unlimited Weekend calls to UK landlines* at no extra cost. Find out the cost of calls made outside your Calling Plan below.

A call set up fee of 13.87p will apply to all calls made using Friends & Family International and all non-inclusive calls made using International Freedom. The normal call set up fee applicable to your chosen calling plan will apply to any other international calls that you make. Inclusive calls are limited to 600 minutes per month in the International Freedom add-on. Excess calls will be charged at 2.7p a minute. Calls to mobiles prices also include calls to other Special and Higher rate services.

The legal stuff

* Unlimited UK landline calls are for up to an hour to numbers beginning 01, 02 & 03, after which pence-per-minute rates apply. You can hang up and redial before the end to avoid charges. There are exceptions like calls to the Channel Islands. See our terms and conditions for details.
Inclusive calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers. Inclusive 0845 and 0870 calls of up to 60 minutes duration (excluding Calling Card and Dial-through access numbers and dial-up internet access) available dependent on your Calling Plan: weekends only (with the Unlimited Weekend Plan), evening & weekends (with the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan), or any time (with the Unlimited Anytime Plan). ^ BT Privacy at Home with Free Caller Display. A minimum call commitment of 2 calls per month is associated with this product. Calls can be chargeable or those included with your chosen call plan. A charge of £2 applies in each month that you do not make the required number of calls. Calls to the following numbers will not count towards the minimum call requirement: 0800/0808/0500 Freephone numbers; 100/198/155 Operator; 112/998/999 Emergency services; 150 BT Customer Services; 151 BT Fault Reporting; 195 Blind and Disabled Directory Enquiries; 1471/1571. Calls made using BT Broadband Talk and Chargecard are also excluded.
