BT Broadband speeds referred to are download speeds; speeds affected by various factors including distance from the cabinet, time of day and internal home wiring. Online billing – When you order a broadband package you will get all your bills online (paper-free billing). We'll send you an email when your bill is ready to view at bt.com/mybt.
