    Family SIMs could be the perfect solution for you and your family. The more SIMs you add to your account, the more you save. Everytime you add a SIM, you get a bigger monthly discount.

    You can choose to add family members or friends to your plan or get the benefit yourself by adding SIMs you might have for different devices.

    You can add up to five Family SIMs to your account. You become the main account holder and are responsible for all charges.

    Family SIMs have more flexible contract terms than standalone SIMs. When you add a Family SIM to an existing SIM Only plan, a new 12 month minimum term begins. All SIMs will have a 30-day rolling contract. If the plan ends up with just one SIM left, that will pick up what's left of the 12 month minimum term
    It's easy, just order your SIMs from www.bt.com/mobile and opt for 2 or more SIMs, you have the choice of the 2GB, 6GB or 15GB plan.

    If you know someone who already has a BT Mobile SIM, you can invite them to move to your Family SIM once you have set up your plan. Find out how to invite someone.

    The overall cost depends on how many SIMs you have in the plan. The cost for each one gets lower the more you add. So the first SIM is the same rental price as a single SIM only plan, the second has a lower rental price, the third lower still and so on. Offers may vary.
    You will need to have ordered a BT Mobile plan online during a promotional period and waited for the two week cooling off period to end. If you ordered a SIMO plan you will also need to have activated your sim card. You can claim your gift card at bt.com/mobileclaim by filling in the form.

    Once we have confirmed your claim your card will be dispatched. This could take up to 45 days to arrive.
